I love the white color, the gold accents and the wipeable fabric. I don't love the access to the large compartment; it's awkward and difficult to get a laptap in the pocket because the zipper is forward rather than on top of the bag. The 2 side pockets are tight to the bag so nothing fits in them. Otherwise, I love the look and everything else about this bag! There is no other bag this classy looking! I would love a bit smaller version for everyday use. I use the current size just for travel.
United StatesIt's a great back pack but there are at least two decision flaws. The metal connector that joins the strap to the bag broke almost immediately and the top flap of the bag and placement of the zipper make it hard to put a laptop or anything else in the back pocket.

I am a wedding photographer and use this as a bag to carry my equipment! I love it both because it fits everything well and is so dang cute. I get compliments all the time! The only thing I would change about it is it can't fit my 15 inch MacBook. I love Sage and Harper and recommend them to friends all the time!

We’ve been using this bag for about a year and a half now and it still looks good as new. It’s held up very well and we travel a lot and are always on the Go. It wipes clean very easily but also doesn’t really allow much dirt to stick to it so it hardly ever has to be wiped. The inside pockets are great for one kid in my opinion. I’m an over packer and can pack this as a diaper bag and overnight bag for my little guy. If you’re not an over packer I’m sure this could work for multiple kids for you. My only negative, is that the outside, side pockets seem kind of useless because they’re so small that nothing really fits in them other than a phone, but i use the front zipper pocket for that, to keep my phone safe. I wish it could fit a water bottle but that being said, the water bottle easily fits inside. So overall this bag is just amazing.
