Returns and Exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase, your Sage & Harper bag may be returned within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in brand new condition (unworn) in the original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges for all returns except in the case of a manufacturing defect or a shipment mistake on our part.

Once your return has been received, we will issue a refund of the purchase price or ship out a replacement. 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, any sale priced items are not eligible for return or exchange.
